I grew up believing that sharing at a long table can change things. I still believe that.
For the past decade, I’ve been dedicated to creating memorable moments for groups, whether they’re familiar faces or strangers meeting for the first time. I work at the intersection of emotion, experience design, and human behaviour, using food and music as my most powerful tools. I curate event journeys that bring people into emotional sync through shared taste, sound, and meaningful interaction. That shift is what turns passive audiences into connected communities that are ready to act.
I’m the co-founder of La Barca and Dinner Connections, where I focus on designing immersive, connection-driven events. I also spent two years as the experience designer and culinary creative lead at Atelier Culinario, a Berlin-based space renowned for its sensory dinners and team-building experiences. In these roles, I’ve developed a unique approach to experience design, blending storytelling, hospitality, and intentional moments to spark connection and transformation.
Earlier in my career, I co-founded Über den Tellerrand e.V., a social initiative that began as an intercultural cooking project and grew into a global movement with hubs in over 40 cities. The initiative was recognized by Ashoka with a full scholarship, bringing me into their international changemaker community. Through this project, I co-authored two cookbooks – Recipes for a Better Us (2015) and A Pinch of Home (2016) – combining traditional recipes with personal stories from chefs with refugee backgrounds.
