THE CONNECTION PARADOX
01
SUSTAINING HUMAN CONNECTION IN AN AI-DRIVEN WORLD —
TO SELF, TO OTHERS, TO THE WORLD.
WHAT THIS SESSION IS
We are more digitally connected than ever. Yet genuine presence, trust, and belonging are becoming scarce inside organizations – and nobody is talking about it as a leadership problem.
This session changes that frame. I co-present with Konrad Fritzke, an AI strategy consultant — bringing together experience design and organizational transformation into one hour that unsettles, re-grounds, and lands with people long after they leave the room.
We cover: what the AI transition actually demands of human beings inside organizations, why connection is a sustainability skill — not a wellness topic, and what leaders can do differently starting the next day.

DESIGNING GATHERINGS FOR HUMAN CONNECTION
WHAT THIS SESSION IS
An interactive and participatory speaker session that takes audiences through three layers of human connection – to self, to others, to the world – using silence, live experiment and intentional design. Participants don't just learn about connection. They experience what it feels like when someone has consciously built the conditions for it.

CONNECTION DOESN'T HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT.
IT IS A DESIGN CHOICE.
